The Sunset Concert season 2014/15
The summer season is almost here and once again The Friends have planned a full concert programme with a strong and diverse line up of talent musicians to entertain us on the lawns in the nature reserve.
The Sunset concerts have been running now for 16 years and they have become an integral part of the summer picnic season for many residents and visitors from the Helderberg area and from further afield.
Earlier Starting Time: 5 pm
In response to many requests the music at all the events will begin at 5 pm instead of 5.30 as in the past. Starting earlier means more time for concert goers to linger longer in the reserve after the music has worked its magic and created a relaxed mood to be shared among friends.
Why don’t you also check out our Facebook page for the latest details of the bands and the concert news nearer the time or make enquiries at the Information Centre on 021 851 4899 between 10 am and 4 pm daily
Proceeds of the concerts are used to support conservation projects in the Reserve.
