The Annual General Meeting of the Friends of the Helderberg Nature Reserve will be held at 14:30 on Saturday, 8 May, at the Mike Woods Environmental Education Centre in the Reserve.

Please make a every effort to attend. Tea/coffee will be served after the meeting. Members are asked to please bring a plate of eats.

It’s time to renew your Friends membership

Membership for the current year expires on 31 March. All membership subscription rates for the coming year, 1 April 2010 to 31 March 2011, will remain unchanged.

These are:
Ordinary – R85
Senior Citizens – R55
Family – R170
Patron – R275

Paid-up members may renew their membership at the Information Centre during March and will be issued with their new membership cards. We encourage you to make use of this opportunity to register before your membership expires.
Hours for membership renewal/application are from 10:00 to 15:30.

If you are not a member of the Friends, why not join now. You’ll get tremendous entry fee savings and, most importantly, contribute to environmental education in the district and the ongoing maintenance of the Reserve.
